Fairfield Inn Charlotte Northlake

My experience at the hotel was outstanding! The font agent was exceptionally friendly, and I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and fresh aroma of the entrance and hallways. The rooms were immaculate, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pristine stay!

Clean, spacious rooms and nice breakfast. Loved the virtual check in and out. Didn't need to even stop by desk.

We stayed at Fairfield Inn and it didn’t disappoint, the service was phenomenal from check in with Akash, above and beyond! Then the next day, we were served continental breakfast with lots of good food choices, clean and prestine area and the breakfast lady Desiree looks amazing, she’s very pleasant, highly recommended

The only thing that got me is that elevators that why I gave it 4 stars no that says elevator except you look on top to see the up and down arrow over the door good thing the exit sign was lit, other than that the place was very clean and everyone I met was very nice I love the location.

Location is great my favorite restaurant is in walking distance, the staff is perfect. Friendly courteous and understanding. The rooms are spacious the one I got this time because I go once a month; at least, was not cleaned very well. I mean it was ok but to match the service and location the house keeping needs to pay better attention to detail like fingerprints on mirrors and slight molding in bathtub area. I wish the pool had been open it was a warm day could have been perfect for swimming. All in all I would recommend this hotel and will be back to visit soon

A hotel is a hotel is a hotel. This served its purpose during our trip. Located in the northlake district, it was close to the northlake mall and halfway between uptown and Huntersville (more or less). We got a room for handicapped which was fine. The room was spacey and was the bathroom. Water got all over the place because the shower didn’t really have a start or an end. They also had breakfast with waffles, bacon, cereal, breads, coffee, etc.

Room was clean and smelled smelly clean. Bed was clean, mattress was a little dated as was the furniture. Looks like they are doing updates on the hotel. Bathroom needs work, mildew and pealing wall paper, however i have seen worst. Front desk staff was amazing always smiling and acknowledged my presence coming and going. Location is great and parking lot was clean to. Great for a business trip stay and will be nicer once there done updating the facility. High travel area so im sure this site sees some abuse with use. 5 star if the bathroom had been more presentable.

My stay was great the staff was amazing, kind and very helpful the only problem I had was this housekeeper attempting to pick my lock multiple times. The first time was when I was just waking up and using the bathroom she knocked and said housekeeping. As I was finishing up about to open the door I heard her picking the lock. I opened the door and she was sticking a charger piece in the lock to open the door. Another incident same thing she knocked and said house keeping I didn’t answer right away and she attempted to pick my lock again. The first time she did it I reported her that night to the front desk person. They were understanding and kind and said they would report her to the manager. The next morning I don’t know if the manager spoke to her about it I did let her complete a service in my room before she started “picking my lock” after all of that I didn’t feel comfortable with housekeepers being in my hotel room. The lady was a Hispanic lady short with long gray hair other than that my stay was lovely.
